Reserved room was for 1 king. The bed was barely a Queen size. They gave me what appeared to be an accessible room (roll in shower, grab bars), however, there was only about 2feet of space to get to the small bed. There is no way that someone with a cane/walker/wheelchair would be able to use this room. All vending/ice machines were missing or not operational.Hotel is in disrepair. Most staff was worthless. However, Aiden (front desk) was friendly and went above/beyond.

Amazing experience!

This is the second time give stayed here at this hotel and it’s by far the best experience and quality for your money that you can buy. The staff is very attentive and the shuttle service to and from the airport and surrounding close areas saves you a lot of money from using Uber/Lyft. I stayed with my daughter and we swam in the pool and had a chance to relax in the hot tub. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely top notch with quality cooking and not just microwaveable garbage and do it yourself cereal that I have seen in other hotels. Highly recommend if you have a family well worth it!

I love the airport transit. It was smooth and easy. Hawthorn's staff helped to unload my luggages. You can request anytime that you need. I went to the airport at 4am in the morning.

Evening front desk staff with phones. Clients waiting. They gave me a horrible room. No phone in the room, dirty tub. No hot water, very uncomfortable bed. I stayed in this hotel many years ago. It was bad then. I thought I gave it a try aging. It was disappointing. Good breakfast.

El Paso Stay

When I checked in they didn’t have my selected room available for 2 days. They blamed you for overbooking their suites. First room they put me in was terrible!!! I asked to be moved, second room was a little better but not much. When I finally got my room it was suitors be single king but I got double queen. Tgat hotel is rundown and not taken care of. Lamps are falling apart or don’t work, hot and cold water are reversed, sinks old and cracked and wallpaper coming undone. Not a good stay at all. I was very disappointed and upset especially when I checked out they wouldn’t credit my first 2 days that I had to stay in which was a less value room.
