When we got our room water was leaking from the ceiling into the washroom we could not use it and had to go ask for another room. Staff did give us another room however but it made things uncomfortable also alarms was going off in the middle of the night 😔

Started off as a rough stay, but e had dirty towels and bedding in our room, and the TV was not working properly, but they switched out rooms and the rest of the stay was great.

There was hair in the towels that were folded in the bathroom. The walls were all very dirty. The sheets on the bed were full of holes that looked like from cigarettes. Will not stay at this hotel again

This is definitely not a highend hotel with restaurant, bar, walking distance to malls, etc. but it certainly served our purpose for a reasonable place to sleep when we went to Edmonton. As we didn't use any other facilites (pool, breakfast, etc.) I can't comment on those. The only issue we had was that the price I was shown on Expedia was lower than the price the hotel received from Expedia. However, the staff was able to amend my price to the one shown on my booking.
