Ruby Luna hotel was in a good location. Walkable to Alldstadt (old town) and restaurants and shopping. Rooms were bright and clean. Robert and the rest of the staff were cheerful and accommodating and fun to chat with. Would recommend this hotel.

Unique property, you check in at the bar, great helpfull staff. Nice restaurant next door, open late. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The rooms are tiny and all the fittings are sharp and angular with zero space for moving around especially in the dark. I have several bruises and a particularly nasty shin injury from smashing into the huge metal bed frame which sat 2 inches proud of the mattress. All the fittings were too big and sharp. All the electronically controlled lights and blinds were slow to respond. It really was not a comfortable relaxing room. The advertised roof-top bar was never open. The aircon barely worked and it was over 30 degrees outside. No fridge, no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The whole gimmicky theme was too much. They should concentrate on being a hotel and not a theme park. Certainly do not choose this hotel if you are over 35

This hotel is beyond cool and hip, and just in the right area! The rooftop is great, and the staff is just beyond helpful and remarkable, especially Robert, Sylvia, Brigit and Lucas.

Really nice hotel in great location. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the rooftop bar had random closing times not well advertised so missed out on chance to use it. Otherwise would’ve been 5 stars
