I went there with my 12 year old dauhgter.
The personnel were nice, they spoke very little English. And I mean, VERY little.
But they were nice and polite.
The price is great and location is good as it is walking distance from the central train station.
This hotel looks like an old building, but it has been redone inside.
It looks great. The furniture is super nice, the carpet is OK.
The bathroom also looks redone, and looks great.
The room was super clean, I could smell they had just washed the carpet in ours (which is very good for us, we both are allergic to dust). The room was clean, and the sheets looked clean. The bathroom was clean too.
They had internet, and the connection was good.
The only reasons why I did not give it a 5 in everything are these:
-The elevator is in between floors. Not a big problem for us, but we had to carry our suitcases a couple of floors. And this definitely would not be good for a disabled person.
-The TV was in a good position, good size, looks new, but ALL the channels were in German. Seriously? While I do not spend a lot of time in the room, at night I like to shower and relax while I watch a movie or the news before sleeping. No English, not Spanish, nor French channels.
-We had a balcony, it was huge. But it has stuff in there, like outdoor furniture storage, and the part that was empty was super dirty
