Requested a quite room, got one with the noisiest extractor outside asked to me moved to be told the hotel was full, then it was only the same room type was fully booked & it would cause €180 to move room The room availability on here was showing lots unsold and at much cheaper the price I was asked to pay to move Extremely poor customer service!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and wonderful rooms. While the rooms are a little small, they are updated and have everything you need! Great location right down the street from temple bar and around the corner from trinity college.
