Lovely room in repurposed student accommodation. Staff were very helpful. Shared kitchen was spacious and clean. Bring cutlery and plates!

Great place for the price
Room was mostly clean when I arrived. This seems to be student housing that has been repurposed into a hotel. Towels and bedding provided. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Very close to Saint Patrick’s Cathedral! Front desk is very hands off. Vending machines available for cold drinks and some snacks.

Student accommodation - not stated on hotels.com
When I booked this I was u aware that this was also listed as student accommodation on the property web pages. I am really disappointed that the listing on hotels . Com did not make this explicit. When I found out , I contacted hotels . Com requesting a refund on the basis that the advert Mis-represents the accommodation. I found this out on my train ride to Dublin and as a result , had to find an alternative. I have asked hotels .com for a refund (which I am still waiting for ) as I never went to the property and also , asked for the advert to be updated so that travellers are aware. I am in no doubt that the other reviews are accurate , but it is a personal preference not to be based in student accommodation.

Decent for the price.
Nice room, modern, comfortable bed, pillows rather flat. Low flow shower which would be great for the environment if didn't have to leave it running for at least 10 minutes to heat up. Communal kitchen and TV room.

CLEAN, NEW, FRESH UNBELIEVABLE VALUE
Gorgeous place to stay amazing value for money everything was brilliant except for two things one being a slight nuisance. 1. The communication is non existent and there is no phone number to ring, if you do find a number good luck trying to get an answer. 2. The pillows were very flat and there was only 2 on one double bed. I believe the communication part is not to do with the residence but with hotels.com Even with those two minor things I would 100% recommended you stay at this place before it opens back up for student accommodation the price can’t be beat and it’s such a beautiful fresh change of scenery.

Considero uma otima localizacao, visto que mais ao centro a diferenca de valor era bem grande, fizemos todos os passeios a pe e foi tranquiilo. O quarto era exatamente como o foto, a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar mas nada que atrapalhasse a viagem. Para mim foi uma boa estadia.

Le stanze sono confortevoli e anche le aree comuni (molto varie tra aule studio, sale relax e rooftop). Ma abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi: - La stanza è fredda e non è possibile aumentare la temperatura: il computerino presente vicino alla porta dovrebbe servire a regolarla, ma non funziona. Ho comunicato il problema in reception ma non è stato risolto. Immagino che il motivo sia che il riscaldamento è centralizzato, e d'estate è spento. - La doccia è fredda e l'acqua non diventa calda nemmeno attendendo un po'. In bagno non c'è sapone né bagnoschiuma. - LE STANZE NON SI CHIUDONO A CHIAVE DALL'INTERNO. Infatti, l'ultima notte un tizio sconosciuto, probabilmente ubriaco, è entrato nella nostra stanza mentre dormivamo, procurandoci un enorme spavento e facendoci temere per la nostra sicurezza.
