I stayed here for 3 nights and it is one of the best hotels i stayed during my one month holiday in UK. The staff provided me with all the infomations about the room, it's facilities, etc. so you know what you are getting. The room is equipped with 2 big and hand towels, matt, hair dryer, coffee, tea, sugar, and water. There is also a safe box. The bed is really comfortable and clean. There was a noise outside the hotel when i checked in and was concern about it but it seemed that it was only for a while as it did not happen again during my stay so i slept peacefully.
As for ths location, it is less than 25 minutes walk from O' Conell Street. There is also a less than 2 minute walk to bus stop that will take you to O' Conell Street but it operates from 7.30 am so if you have an early departure tour in O' Conell you have to walk or take a cab. Another bus stop opposite this can take you to Dublin Airport in less than 30 minutes depending on the traffic for less than 3 euro so it's convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel.
