For a night it was fine but a bit run down, bare minimum and okay. For the area, it's good, but wouldn't want to stay for longer than a couple of days. The receptionists were kind.
The hostel is centrally situated and perfect location for Trinity college, the river etc.
The reception staff was particularly helpful and friendly. Useful lockers to leave bag until the evening before return to the airport. The place is clean and safe. My room was on a very busy and noisy street with all night traffic of tram, buses cars. I thoroughly recommend bringing ear plugs so as to be able to sleep.
This hostel was in a great location, nice and central and walking distance to a lot of sights, shops, bars and restaurants, as welp as the River Liffey. The hostel itself was safe, quiet and clean. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
I was in a mixed dorm room with three young men who snored all night and then started listening to a basketball game with the sound up at 6 am. Worst roommates ever!!
