Decent stay
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us get taxis to the airport very early in the morning. The hotel is 15 minutes frok downtown Dresden and 5 minutes from the airport.

okay hotel near airport
The hotel is very close to the airport with good transport links straight into the city centre. I stayed for a week. There are a few Restaurants close by with Italian, Indian, kebabs, steakhouse but nothing is open on a sunday. the lighting in the rooms is dismal and there is no aircon/fridge facilities. The shower is good and the beds are okay.

I really enjoyed my short stay at the Novum Hotel in Dresden. The staff is very friendly. My room was clean and slightly exceeded my expectations. Thus overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Nice and clean
This hotel is out of town. Very clean and comfortable place. I just wish the management could give the receptionists more authority to give people competitive rates when they arrive late at night and not stick by some obsolete policies. Kind and helpful staff from Afghanistan.

5min walk from train station.Very clean and easy to reach.Friendly, helpful reception staff.I had to ask for a hairdryer and it would have been nice, if there was a kettle in the room for hot drinks.The "duvets" were only thin wool blankets I needed 2 to keep warm. Breakfast was ok, but the supply of bread rolls was low. All in all good value for money.It is a budget hotel, so you pay for what you get.

Nice hotel easily accessible by streetcar
The hotel is slightly north of the airport, but one can get to Dresden`s old town using a single streetcar stopping in front of the hotel, it takes about half an hour. Along the way, it passes through modern residential parts with all amenities, There are several places to eat near the hotel: I particularly liked a very inexpensive Vietnamese restaurant. The hotel itself serves an excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

Very good hotel, the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient for public transport including S Bahn trains to the airport. No complaints at all.

Wonderful stay
Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Room was very clean... one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in at a hotel. Train station is a 5 minute walk from hotel and easily gets you to the airport or downtown. Definitely recommend this hotel.
