"CASA limone" (4 pers.) And "APPARTAMENTO oliva" (2 pers.) Are modern but authentically restored and harmoniously integrated in the old olive country house.

Our romantic country house is located on the edge of the village of Trincheri (see Google map below) on an olive terrace of 900 sqm. This offers many possibilities - also enough parking space, a rarity for Ligurian villages. In the natural garden with the olive and fruit trees you will find plenty of places to relax and enjoy - this is also excellently the barbecue area with the large rustic table under the mulberry tree. Newly designed iron windows, doors and staircases combine harmoniously with the traditional ambience. All living rooms are in the 1. Floor. From the lime loggia (winter garden, roof terrace) or the Oliva roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea (as the crow flies 6 km).
The region is great for nature lovers!

Romantic and cozy apartment in the olive grove with separate entrance on the outskirts. The 'Appartamento' has emerged from several small rooms of a simple old country house. The improved lighting conditions emphasize the charm of this house, to live all around in the countryside. In the entrance area, this is underlined by the small covered seating area under the cherry tree.

The roof terrace (12 sqm) offers a magnificent view of the Maritime Alps and the sea and is in the warm season a second living room. It can be reached directly from the living room via the filigree spiral staircase. Light falls from above through the sliding glass door.

Ein Traum im Olivenhain
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche über Ostern im Appartamento Oliva verbracht und waren völlig begeistert. Von der Ruhe, der Lage mitten im Olivenhain und insbesondere von der Dachterrasse, von der man einen phantastischen Ausblick über das ganze Gebiet bis hin zum Meer hatte. Einfach ein Traum. Die Ferienwohnung war geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, uns hat es an nix gefehlt. Die FeWo war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. An den kühlen Abenden konnten wir den Kaminofen mit vorhandenem Olivenholz anfeuern. Besonders schön war es, dass wir die beiden netten Vermieter Maria und Matthias kennenlernen durften, die uns bei vielen Fragen weiterhalfen. Mit Ihrer herzlichen Gastfreundschaft war der Aufenthalt an diesem paradiesischen Ort nochmals schöner. Danke, Maria und Matthias ! Besser kann Erholung nicht aussehen.
