Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. Every staff member we encountered, including Lina, Ratel, Kanchan, Azar, Fatima, Elif, Hatim, and Linette, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. My mother and I were celebrating our birthdays, and Fatima's thoughtful gesture of organizing a gluten-free cake made our special day even more memorable. Elif, the chef, was incredibly attentive to our dietary needs, preparing delicious gluten-free and vegetarian meals tailored to our preferences. The rest of the staff, including Hatim, were equally friendly and accommodating, remembering our breakfast orders each morning. Linette at the concierge was invaluable in recommending and booking exciting experiences for us to enjoy during our stay. We cannot recommend The Ritz-Carlton enough and look forward to returning in the future.

My most favorite part about this place was how great the staffs were! They were absolutely the best, from the reception desk to the pool staff, they were so great and attentive. They helped me with my children every single time and made sure I had everything to my needs. Also, the property was great and at a great location. It’s sparkly clean and the rooms were also nice.

Excellent Staff, very attentive. The rooms are very spacious. Would highly recommend a Club Room. Could do with fans or air-conditioning units outside near the pool for guests to enjoy drinks and food. Good value for money.

It was an amazing experience, all the staff were super friendly and nice. Offering advice, gidts at random and going out of their way to make you feel special. Service is absolutely amazing
Amazing service everyone is friendly, greetings every time the moment you stepped out from the taxi. Customer relations managers are super helpful. Bed is comfortable a little bit low but not a deal breaker. Room deco is more on a business side rather than a resort. Balcony sea view was quite lovely. Very spacious Rome with high standard of cleanliness. Pool is not very big but there is a private beach. Breakfast is great with good options and comfortable seating. Will stay again!

This hotel is way above 5 star. The Customer Service from beginning to end was EXCELLENT. They treated me and my wife like a King and a Queen .There was nothing that this impeccable staff was not willing to do which made our stay one of the best ever.
