In the commune of L'Haÿ-les-Roses, the Cocoonr agency offers this charming Dinard-style house for rent, which has been completely and tastefully refurbished by an interior designer. The house has plenty of natural light and a sea view over the Malouine promenade.

Sleeping up to 8 travelers, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor :
- A large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, opening onto the large sunny terrace.
- A cozy sitting area at the other end of the room.
- Separate WC and storage cupboards.

First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 3: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedrooms 2 and 4: two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be made into a double bed.
- Each bedroom has a private shower room.

Outside :
- A terrace facing the garden
- A south-facing terrace with a small view of the écluse beach.

The house is ideally located in Dinard, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- At the end of the street, 20 m away, you can access the customs officers' path, the Malouine promenade and its beach.
- The Plage de l'écluse is less than 1km away on foot.- Saint-Malo is a 15-minute drive away, and you can experience the taxi-boat that will take you there in 10 minutes.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park or in the nearby public car park. (1 vehicle)

- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying up dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the bins. An extra charge will be made if Cocoonr has to do this for you.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The house is located in the Pointe de la Malouine district. There is work going on in the neighbouring houses. There may be noise pollution during the day.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
