Well, the staff was friendly, that was all. We ended up not staying because initial inspection of our room showed huge stains, spider webs, spiders, cobwebs, dust bunnies, snot, and boogers on the headboard, pee on the floor around the toilet. Toilet was dirty inside. Nail clippings on the bed. I explained to the staff this was booked in error as we usually stay closer to our destination, and they gladly refunded our money. But....the more serious issue was the aforementioned disgusting state of the room, hallway, elevator, and we heard discussions about cable being disconnected. Do not even consider staying here.

Concert goers had excellent stay!
This hotel was excellent, room was comfortable and clean. Free drinks at the bar was an excellent touch. Breakfast had an attendant making eggs to order. It was a great stay and already planning a trip back.

Fees to check in early, fees to check out late even though we are Hilton Honor members. Getting food at bar was ok- those working there were rude to others but helpful to me yet still heard their comments about other patrons. We were in town due to funeral services so allowing us to at least check in early without charging would have been kind and helpful to us. Staff at breakfast was very kind and helpful, seemed happy to be there.

This is a nice hotel that is well maintained. Our stay was affected by a large contingent of young hockey players and their families that were in town for a weekend tournament. The kids were running wild with little supervision by their parents, well after 10:00 pm, and the breakfast area was a madhouse. This is the fault of inattentive parents, not the hotel staff. However, due to the suite layout of the rooms, (living room shielding the bedroom from the hallway) we were able to sleep without interuption,
