The front desk staff were excellent. We were tired and frustrated when we walked in over a nearly 2 hour line to get a car rental. They were so friendly and helpful, that we all ended up having a good laugh together. Our room was quite comfortable and clean. Very close to airport, but never heard any noise. Would go back again if I was in the area.

As I checked in, I saw that there was going to be some sort of a breakfast. I was glad for this as I didn't have time to go to a sit down restaurant and make my meeting. Upon arriving in the breakfast area, there was in fact NO HOT FOOD. The choices were a tasteless muffin type thing, expired tasting cheerios or fruit loops, and yogurt. Paying what I paid, it was not anticipated to have a full course meal, but some eggs and hash browns would have been nice, or even a waffle maker. As I went to check out, I discovered that the elevator was broken, so I had to carry my luggage down flights of stairs. Not what I had anticipated. Glad I didn't have my wife and her bad knees to contend with on this trip. The staff was friendly, so that was great help in making it a better experience.

Elevator not working, so had to take the stairs. Breakfast didnt have much. Mold growing in the caulk in the shower. Building is run down.

Not the greatest of entrances. Not the most interesting or attractive neighborhood. But convenient to the airport, Detroit, and Ann Arbor. Uber ride to the airport is $25, so try for the shuttle if you can. The shuttle system isn't clear at the airport, so be prepared or contact the hotel ahead of time. Restaurant choices nearby are totally "meh" and can be shockingly expensive #steakhouses. And I had very little interest in the hotel's breakfast selections on styrofoam (though I did appreciate the coffee). The elevator didn't work, and the hallway was kinda scary, needing more than simply a coat of paint. But... The staff is nice. They give good info. AND the hallmark was the room! When I walked in, I heard the harps play. It was really pretty, and nicely kept. The bathroom was in nice order. The air conditioner was easy to adjust (which is not a commonality these days). The bed was super comfy. I actually enjoyed myself and slept in.

Smelly room, gross hair all over the bathroom floor…I mean come on use a broom! I cut my finger on my razor shaving, went to the front desk to ask for a band-aid….nothing! No first aid kit! Definitely my last time staying here.

Avoid this hotel. The elevator is broken which means taking your luggage and anything else up and down the stairs your entire trip which was 3 days. No one is repairing it, it’s just out of order but they don’t tell you this prior to booking. The front desk person at night over the weekend wasn’t pleasant or friendly even with issues with the room, the keys or just in passing. She never apologized for any inconvenience caused by anything. I would never stay at this place again. I switched rooms because the first room mattress had a visible blood stain which took pictures of. The whole place just needs a deep cleaning or updating. Bathrooms smell like the shower curtains need to be washed and the tile needs to be scrubbed near the toilet.

This place is dirty and rundown.
Hotel was all dirty and rundown. No made service hard to get towels would never use this place again. Photos do not do it justice how bad it looks. Breakfast staff and front desk staff were very pleasant. Had no issues with them.
