"We had an issue with a missing wallet and Issac, a waiter, was most helpful in phoning our driver of the day, searching the premises and accompanying me to my room for a detailed search at which point the wallet was recovered. He was very resourceful and very helpful."

"The Hyatt Kilimanjaro in Dar es Salaam provided all the amenities I needed as a business traveler called in to meet with Clients in downtown Dar. The rooms are clean and spacious, with shower, toilet, sink, and large tub (which served well after 22hr of hectic air travel. Wifi service is great. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are polite and helpful to a fault. Good value: I've spent much more received less when travelling internationally."

"The hotel is well staffed and are always happy to help. The hotel and accommodation is very clean and is constantly kept clean. The pools are warm and relaxing. The Masai on the beach are warm and welcoming but can be a little full on at times, but hotel security are great at moving them along if you want to be left alone. The food and entertainment are fabulous and range if all inclusive drinks are great. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and food. I never go back to the same hotel, but this is one I would consider returning back to. "
