dear Madams and Sirsthank you for your stay , it was a pleasure to have you among our guests. I am very surprised about your review , our rooms are all renewed and your was an upgrade to a room with terrace instead a small balcony as booked. That room is one of our best room , with a real wood parquet , not plastic as you usually find in hotels, modern furniture and a beautiful bathroom just 2 years old , renewed with high standard level , marble , walk in shower , it also has a window , not so common in an hotel room, your room has one window door for the terrace and 3 windows all with lake view.....this room ( on the corner) is one of the most appreciated and required room . Nevertheless I remenber you that you booked a 3 stars hotel, of course you can have more in 4 ( not so sure) or 5 stars hotel for an adeguate price. We suggest you our suites or our superior rooms , I am sure you will appreciate them. Best regards. Ilaria
