There was only one working bathroom in the lobby. The breakfast area was dirty and undersupplied. The staff working breakfast was clearly overwhelmed which lead to subpar food as it was either cold or out. Breakfast equipment not working.

Wonderful hotel except for the elevator. Why would only one elevator work when there were 4! Sunday morning was a nightmare trying to leave! For that reason I’m not sure I would stay here again and I plan to visit often because my grandson is at Drake
