Card keys kept messing up but staff was very friendly and on the ball to fix the issue - just minor issues in the daily situation - staff was always there to resolve the issue and didnt have any issues with them during it.

Customer service was not great. There were a lot of drunk college students knocking on doors and yelling all night and staff did nothing to stop the disturbance.

One of our favorite Des Moines stays. We’ve done plenty of hotels in the area, and this one was the best. Great river view, comfortable bed, clean shower and decent sized restroom. Having a fridge and microwave a plus, and the swingable TV.
