I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionist was rude, disinterested, and seemed unprofessional, almost as if under the influence. To make matters worse, I received a call from the hotel at 2:30 AM as if I had requested a wake-up call—which I did not. The air conditioning and fridge were incredibly noisy, making it hard to sleep. On top of that, the pillows were uncomfortably high and of poor quality. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Quarto de tamanho bom, colchão e roupa de cama excepcionais! Café da manhã simples, porém tem café e chá a disposição 24hs. Único desconforto foi que tivemos um atraso no voo e mandamos mensagem avisando sobre o atraso do check in. A resposta foi q perderíamos a reserva, pois só poderia fazer o check IN até as 7:00A.M! Nós tínhamos 2 diárias reservadas. Por fim chegamos às 8:30 e deu tudo certo.

Beds were comfortable, shower had hot water. Employees were friendly. Free shuttle service to and from airport. You need to reserve shuttle service to the airport. There was a Mod pizza and great burger place to eat in the same parking lot. We would definitely stay here again. No pool or hot tub though if you need that.

No cable tv available. The switch for the fridge is linked to the light switch. We had the keep the ice pads for the insulin cool and when we wake up I found out that the fridge was off when we turned the light off, wow!!! The breakfast is acceptable.
