Grubby cellar. Steep stairway, difficult for me to handle. Only exit is stairway, which could be a problem in case of fire. Top shelf of fridge was soiled. A/C had no control and was very cold. Alternatively, used space heater to warm bedroom. Stove top had not been cleaned in eons. La Laundry room was grubby. When I used the washer, drain water overflowed on floor, and backed up into kitchen sink. Next morning, drain water backed up into kitchen sink when people upstairs used the showers. Backup came within an inch of overflowing onto kitchen floor. I left. Mamager did gIve me an alternate accommodation (the only plus in an otherwise miserable stay).

Lovely basement apartment
A cozy basement apartment with three comfortable beds. There is a small kitchen and an even smaller bathroom. The owner was responsive to all my queries.

Worse than your college basement apartment. Cleaning fee is outrageous for the dismal condition it was in—moldy shower, boogers on the wall, dirty countertops and cupboard fronts, leaky toilet, right on a busy street (Broadway), poorly insulated so you could hear everything going on in the home above, no handrail in the steep stairwell going down to the basement with the slippery-when-wet tiled stairs. I could go on….

Excellent Property - Littleton
Our family was able to gather for Christmas this year at this property and we had a wonderful time! The location provided easy access to the restaurants and stores we visited while there. Bedrooms were awesome - plenty of room for 5 adults. The owner was very attentive and responsive. It is a renovated basement - very nice. Just expect some noise from above. Our first night we asked Jeff about quiet hours as there was noise from above that was distracting. He contacted the folks above to remind them of quiet hours and immediately it got quiet. We never had an issue with it afterward. Jeff thank your for sharing this property with us and for being a great host!!

Overall it was great
The property was updated, well kept, and clean. The check in and out was super easy and efficient. The property manager is quick to respond to any issues and very nice. The location is really nice, we were able to shop and eat close by. The only negative review I have about this property is that being in the basement portion of the rental is terrible as far as noise is concerned. We were kept up all night by guests coming in and out of the upstairs house 4-5 different nights out of our 9 day stay. I wish there was better insulation or barriers between rentals, you can hear the other house's conversations and vice versa in certain parts of the house. Also, the thermostat is only in the upstairs unit, so if they like the heat cranked up, it causes the basement to be very hot. We slept with the window open when it was 30 degrees outside to try and cool off. Otherwise, overall good experience and great owners!

Had a blast
Spent a weekend in Colorado with my friends, Jeff is extremely nice and responsive to anything you need, for the price you pay you get so much at this property it’s practically a steal. We arrived and everything was clean, Me and my friends enjoyed the big flat screen TV’s and watching Netflix and gaming after long days of activities.

Although the landscaping was under maintained, the unit was fine and the owner was super responsive to our needs. It was a basement unit so the it was a bit dark. It was clean and alliances worked well and were updated. We didn’t spend a lot of time there and didn’t end up using the three bedrooms but there was plenty of room

Ill NEVER rent here again
Was locked out at main door to access apartment. No parking as driveway was under construction and street was all permit. Bathroom was so mildewy i had to go buy cleaning supplies. Temperature controls were controlled up upstairs Tennant had space heaters. If you LOVE to be kept awake or like being woke up at 2am from upstairs Tennant stay here n, not cleaned under beds or carpet remnant in living room space. Not enough silverware for a family of 4. Cups cracked so your beverage leaks out. Closet space but no where for folded clothes other than your suitcase.. only real windows are escape windows w no screens, hello bugs, if opened. Bedding stained upon arrival in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, had a laundry room which was nasty. Freezer was not clean. The pilliows were so flat it was like sleeping on the mattress only. A great place to stay

Awesome Host!
We booked both the upper and lower units for a large family gathering. The kitchens were well-equipped and accommodated cooking for a large group. The ceilings in the lower unit were a little low as expected for a basement, but the lower unit was quiet and comfortably cool. The full-size washer and dryer was very handy. We also enjoyed the king-size beds in every room.

Overall it was great.
We left last night at 9:30pm and we're just making it back home to Houston. The upstairs guest stumped so hard that the vent in the room by the laundry room came off a little. I tried to fix it but I couldn't. They also had kids and dogs running around. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back. Thank you so much for everything.

Beautiful modern renovation
The basement 3BR apartment was recently renovated with tile floors and a nice kitchen. It was very cozy, and though conveniently located right on Broadway, it was quiet in the unit.
