I chose this hotel based on other business traveler reviews. It is conveniently located to I-25 and I-70. I also super appreciated the self parking at $15/night. My room was spacious and I liked that it had a couch with an ottoman for relaxing and a desk for work as well as a separate area for coffee/tea. Cherry Creak is a great area of Denver and I always felt safe and welcome at this property. Lots of different options around for food or shopping as well.

This started with being given an ADA compliant room without asking for nor being told it was. This was a problem because there was not a normal shower head, only a hand held and it was on the side of the tub which led to many accidents. While I was short enough to stand under it, I had to squeeze against the wall. My husband could not stand under it at all. Meanwhile, 2 of the 4 days we were there the maid never came into our room at all. This meant soaking wet towels several days in a row. I would rate this hotel much higher if it weren't for the bathroom being such an awful experience and not having the room refreshed daily.

Great stay
My wife and I went to Denver for a conference and stayed here. Room was large, clean, great couch and amazing shower. The property itself is located near some decent restaurants and within walking distance to them. All and all it was an enjoyable stay.

My room was immaculate and cozy. The bed was firm and came with fresh bedding. The mountain view was exceptional. However, due to the thin walls, I could hear phone conversations and the television throughout the night.

Very large and comfortable rooms with very clean facilities. We stayed four nights and the breakfast was a bit limited and repetitive but okay. A bit far from the CBD but Ubers were prompt and reliable. Some nearby shops useful—a 7Eleven and liquor store.

Overall, my stay was great! The young AA woman at the front desk was so accommodating and pleasant. The room was cleaned daily. The area offers some good restaurants and a nice park. There is also a relaxing spa (On the Go Wellness) not to far from the hotel. Some areas of improvement: The smell in the lobby was horrible. Not sure if it was dirty mop water, mole, etc. The smell lingered for our entire stay. The potholes in the parking lot also need to be repaired.

Nice rooms, etc. but one of the perks was the free breakfast. Now they are charging $8, which I will admit is still a deal, but touting it as "upgraded/improved" breakfast items. Umm, no. It's the same stuff you've always offered. If you're going to charge, just call it what it is: $8 breakfast.

My room was kind of cleaned everyday. They never swept under the bathroom vanity. There was heavy dust and dirt along with hair from other people who have stayed there. They didn’t take our used glasses or mugs until we left them a note. Our ice bucket didn’t have a replacement bag nor were we given any coffee. The front desk workers were amazing and always helped us when we needed it. The garbage cans in front of the building were always over filled to where garbage was falling out. Their breakfast selection was great and tasted really good. I wish they had options in the rooms to charge your devices.

The property is grossly overpriced on parking and breakfast After changing the conditions of stsy, they tried to charge me for breakfast after selling it to me as free breakfast Took a full day to find a manager to fix the breakfast issue Turns out, at 8$ per day, the breakfast is NOT worth it
