Staff was friendly and helpful. A couple items needed repair and did not get fixed during my 6 night stay even though I mentioned it to 2 different people. Room was quiet and furniture was comfortable. Had a nice breakfast spread.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel due to the proximity to were we need to be. Each time the rooms are full of sewer gas. We tell the staff of this issue yet nothing is done about it. We have to out a towel over the shower drain and keep the bathroom door closed just to be able to be in the bedroom room. 3 times and yet no action and they still charge us a full fee! Horrible customer service.

We knew we would be there a few days so we got the king size 2 room suite. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit and something different each day. Location was perfect. My only complain…which is my complaint with most hotels. The coffee was weak. We will be staying there again.

This is a wonderful place to stay, and just a short walk to UC Medical Center. The staff is friendly and available to answer any questions. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic! With Mod Market and Carbon Coffee at the east end of the Hyatt House, we enjoyed a delicious dinner and great coffee/pastries the next morning. We had a very nice experience during our stay.
