Check in process was horrible & person was extremely nasty and not professional. Rooms were never cleaned during the entirety of the stay & do not disturb was not even on the door. No towels, toilet paper were provided we had to constantly ask for them to be brought to our rooms, which each time took over an hour to be delivered. Not welcoming what so ever & will NEVER be back.

We only had the opportunity to stay one night, but it was a great stay. The check in was fast and easy, and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean (barefoot clean), and full of conveniences. There was a Drybar hair dryer; a lighted, magnifying make up mirror, a clothes steamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand lotion. The beds were very comfortable and the room itself pretty spacious. The area seems okay. I only saw one sketchy person near a 7-11, but felt fairly safe walking around. There are many things to do within walking distance. We were here in December, and the Christmas lights around downtown were very pretty! Like anywhere downtown, parking is scare, and we used the valet parking at the hotel. I would definitely stay again.
