Overall it was a good stay. My main complaints were that you were that the air conditioning did not seem to work well and the room was too warm to sleep comforably. Also, the cable channels were limited and the hotel did not offer the option of signing into your netflix account.

The hotel was amazing considering it was located in what appears to be a real bad location. There were several times I saw someone eating out of the dumpster outside my window and then discovered the window was unlocked- that’s terrifying! The hotel was clean when I arrived but got slammed with a large group and the breakfast area was kinda trashed- not the hotels fault but that’s when you bring in extra people! I was waiting for my Uber one day and there was a crazy person right out front screaming, walking in circles and actually frightening- and I am pretty open minded. The bed was comfortable, mini breakfast good on days no big crowd, my water in shower never got warm, I took cold showers every day and yes I did report it several times but it was never fixed. By the time i would have just left and found another hotel it was close to time to go home. I couldn’t clearly see complaining wasn’t working and I am not a grouchy customer- there was too much wrong to fix on this visit. Despite all I might would stay there again- the location was where i needed to be visiting my son who lived nearby and the hotel appeared to be a victim of bad neighborhood and not enough help. People slept in the parking lot and dug through the dumpster every day- I have pictures and videos of this.

Overall good stay except you have to valet park your car for $45 or pay parking overnight at the parking lot when got there asked host to look up reservation I accidentally put in the wrong dates I asked if there was anything that she can do right now to help me she had an attitude and said there was no more rooms available I went outside and got on the hotels app and redid the dates instantly within 3 minutes went back in was getting my room she was explaining to me that there is a fee for pets and I was like trying to explain to her that I do not have a pet I have a service dog and I have documents and she got a real attitude with me overall the room for $300 a night with paint chipping off the desk and very dirty carpets but other than that the way that the property was set up wasn't very good condition all other staff was very wonderful breakfast was very good as well I just think that for the price that they have is not acceptable and they might need a little bit more training on the front desk when it comes to service animals she did not charge me for it but the attitude behind it was just little ridiculous

Thk to the hotel for letting us early checkin. The room is spacious. There is free hot drinks at lobby. The breakfast is included, gd breakfast. From union stn to hotel by walk is ard 20-30mins.

Property is in a good location. Walkable to shopping dining and the ballpark. However, I experienced two instances where I did not have hot water. I told the staff who claimed there was a leak in one if the rooms so maintenance had to shut the hot water off. They said they did not know when it would come back on, but to keep trying. They seemed unconcerned and offered no other options. I was catching a flight in a couple of hours and didn’t want to feel like I was carrying around bedroom funk. I’m sure the others around me would have appreciated it, too. At any rate, the non-chalant attitude with regards to basic needs doesn’t sit well with me. I am a native New Mexican and loyal to the Conrad Hilton name. As a property associated w/ the Hilton brand all I can say is do better Hampton Inn. Do better…
