It was a TERRIBLE STAY. They gave me a hamdicap room which i did not reserve. The shower didnt work in the first or second room they gave me. And they could not give me a regular because i booked it through hotels.com. And they cannot override the reservation. So her final answer was "take a bath". I expected better service from a Fairfield Marriott.

Was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of staff and their willingness to make suggestions. Our Netflix was not working and the engineer arrived at 9 pm to attend to the problem. Loved the shuttle as it was a great relief not to have arrange Uber after a long day of commuting.

Only thing I enjoyed is the older lady in the morning in the breakfast room. She was AMAZING I had my 3 nieces with me and she was very attentive to us while serving and assisting other guest that came down for breakfast. She is AWESOME. She provided great customer service. I would only stay at this hotel just to see her again

The hotel was full so I had to park on the backside which was so poorly lit I had to use the flashlight on my phone to get my bag and walk around to the main entrance. I did not feel safe walking in the parking lot.
