The home features three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable king-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional guests, there's a pullout couch with an air mattress available, providing extra sleeping options for your convenience. A huge kitchen and lovely dining area large enough for 6 guests to eat a delicious home cooked meal.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire upper unit, with no shared spaces inside the home.

It's a serene and pleasant area, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Getting Around:
Getting around the area is easy and convenient. If you're planning to explore Littleton and Denver, ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft are excellent options for local transportation. However, if you're looking to venture beyond and explore all that Colorado has to offer, we recommend renting a car. Having your own vehicle will provide you with the flexibility and freedom to visit a wider range of destinations and make the most of your Colorado experience.

Other Things to Note:
This property is the upper level of a charming duplex. Please be aware that there may be occasional sounds from the lower unit, as it is a shared building. Your comfort is a top priority, and we appreciate your understanding regarding potential noise from the lower level. Street parking is the only option on this corner lot, and you'll find ample parking space available for your convenience. The lower level occupies the driveway and garage.
