Holiday home next to the mountain with stunning panoramic views of Dénia and the sea, bordering the El Montgó natural park. The house can be accessed through an entrance in a dead-end alley or through the car access on the other side. The house itself is a few steps higher up. The outdoor area consists of palm trees and a variety of plants, and two terraces, one of which is covered. The kidney-shaped swimming pool has a Roman staircase and an outdoor shower. The house is distributed with a living-dining room with TV/SAT, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and two fridges, one of which has a freezer. From the living room, you reach a corridor that leads to the following rooms: a bathroom, a bedroom with a French bed, a bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom, a third double bedroom with a bathroom with a jacuzzi, and an exit to the covered terrace next to the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning (see price list). From the living room, you also have access to the back where the patio with a barbecue and garden furniture is located. According to municipal ordinance, the barbecue cannot be used with fire from June 1 to October 15.
