The service was lacking. 1. Long wait at the check in counter. No respect for the queue - guests outside of the queue being served first. 2. No change offered or given for cash payments. 3. Nice and warm stay, staff was helpful and friendly, excellent location, good restaurant with lot of food variety. Rooms were tidy and comfortable, few things need to be noticed like smoking room was without ash tray, no small hand towels in the bathroom.

Room was clean, good area with food and shopping across the street. Near the airport is good but a bit of a ride to get anywhere. Only dropped a star because check in was chaos with no queue and a mob of people pushing to get checked in first. Lobby was noisy. Disorganized and lengthy check in as a result.
