The room was nice but the bathroom was very small and the shower drain didn’t work so when I took a shower the whole bathroom floor got flooded!! Also at around 3 am there was an announcement made via the room PA system that there is an emergency and for us to leave the room!! I called the guest service and was told that it was a mistake!! But no announcement was made to let us know that it was a mistake so everyone on my floor were coming out of their room and wondering what was wrong at 3 in the morning!! I had to tell them that I called guest service and it was a mistake! It disturbed all our sleep! I will not be staying here again! It’s better to pay a little bit more and stay at another hotel in the same vicinity

Good hotel in Aerocity - good service
Ibis aerocity provides good comfort stay, with standard rooms. The service was really good and the staff was very hospitable. All my requests were accomodated in good time without having to call back or follow up. Really appreciate the staff for their promptness

Excellent service by the team - both housekeeping, guest services and security. Had the most pleasant experience. Only two feedback - Towels provided had stains from overuse. They were clean but with marks. My reservation was for two twin beds. The beds provided can only sleep one person comfortably. Our additional guest did not join us, else my guess of two twin beds sufficing would have been a bad idea!! Looking forward to staying here in future transits via New Delhi International Airport.

I specifically asked for and was offered a smoking room on your website. But at check in they told me that they cannot provide a smoking room. The arrogance of the front desk cleark Bhavna was not something I have encountered in over 22 years of travel. She could not even get herself to say Sorry, and kept telling me that Smoking room was an option and she cannot give me that option.
