This hotel is conveniently located in Aerocity, just outside the airport. The area is exceptionally clean and stands in stark contrast to other parts of New Delhi. There are plenty of restaurants and lounges nearby, making it a vibrant spot. The room was small and quite pricey for a night. It seems you’re paying for the prime location rather than the accommodation itself. Having stayed at various Ibis hotels worldwide, I’ve always found this chain to be among the more affordable options. However, paying nearly $200 per night for an Ibis felt steep. On a positive note, the hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and has a pleasant atmosphere, which was a definite highlight.

No airport shuttle, did not have early check in, mafe me wait 5hours in lobby.Staff not helpful, regarding my second day cancellation. Although pay at hotel Made me call expedia help line,expedia staff spoke to ibis hotel staff they were ok with cancellation. But hotel staff not willing till wriiten email from expedia. Wasted 6hours . Hotel rooms can hear loud noise from repairs and people talking in corridors.

Nothing was unique about tge prooerty. The hygiene in the room was terrible. The settee was completely atained, the bathing area the washbadons all look old and in need of replacement. The price paid, it was not worth it. It said 4 star, id give it a 2 star
