The hotel itself is old and tired. This is an airport hotel so needs better soundproofing at the doors given that there is a constant stream of people checking in and out at all hours. The new pool however is nothing short of spectacular. Like one of the best pools I have seen in my life. Truly amazing! Oh and the staff are absolutely fantastic! Truly delightful.

I like that it was close to the airport but found it difficult to raise the hotel for a pickup at airport. Room was great though couple of carpet areas were badly worn or maybe stained. Lovely outdoor dinning areas with different menus. Overall, i enjoyed my stay

This was a 1-night stay so it has the best location to the airport. Great staff including shuttle service. Great restaurant food. Chef in the hotel restaurant on 1st floor was exceptional. Greatful to the hostess for her food suggestion.

There was periodic banging all night which sounded like it was coming from the corridor or a room close by. I was awoken by it multiple times. The room itself is on par with a motel and not a Novotel. Very disappointing for the price paid. Staff however are fantastic and very helpful. Airport courtesy bus is excellent. Not much in the airport precinct.

The room smelt musty and i could smell alcohol, the shower had a lot of mould in places, shower door faulty, sink would not drain in bathroom, i had to clean my teeth in the bathroom. Disappointing there are no cocktails in the Novotel restaurant. Beautiful clean pool, helpful staff.

Great stay, good service, approachable staff, walking distance to airport and an abundance of ammenities onsite. Only downside was checking in as they have combined the hotels check in desks (Mercure and Novotel) which means if it's crowded can take a while to get your room or other services from the check in desk.
