The hotel stay was nice and the person who checked me in was kind also. However, some of the other staff members that I came across did not appear to be people friendly or welcoming; more irritated than anything. They may be good people, but that was not my experience. This was my first visit and possibly my last. Not because of the facility but because of lack of welcoming during my experience.

Checked into the property and immediate it is under undisclosed renovations. The smell was putrid as soon as you walk through the front door. Seems they only hire Indian nationals, who are rude. I was stalked in the halls through to my exit. I was put on second floor in a room right by the elevator and told no other rooms existed, but people off the street came in asked for a room and there was one available. We have a medical alert service animal, I was told they needed a badge and belt with insignia. Which is incorrect. They don’t seem to know ADA laws and regulations. Breakfast was overrun with housekeeping staff making their personal plates and what was left was cold and not replenished. As a guest we should not have had to wait behind staff who aren’t paying guests. The mattresses were stained and icky. My mom woke up with a bite on her chest and we are just praying it wasn’t a bedbug. Save yourself time and money and stay away from this place.

Under renovation with messes everywhere. Very poor lighted hallways at night felt unsafe. Staff was not helpful. Checked out early and went to another hotel where accommodations were incredibly an upgrade. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was disappointed in the quality of the room. There was a bad smell, the carpet was stained, and the linens did not smell good. Smelled like they were soured in the laundry, dried and put on the bed anyway. The staff was not rude but they were not friendly either. Breakfast was so-so, coffee was good.

Got charged an extra $50 for early check in only to find the fitted sheets on one of the beds had what looked like multiple bodily fluid stains(seimen). When we requested new sheets and blankets we were brought two non fitted sheets and two little brown blankets. There was no follow up from management the next day.
