The staff was not friendly at all. When we got to our room, we had to put medication in the refrigerator, but it was not plugged in and took a while to cool. The desk chair was broken and my son almost fell sitting in it. There was food or blood that was dried up, dripping down one of the door frames. The pool was freezing cold as well as the hot tub. Definitely don’t recommend.

Went to hotel shuttle area at airport. After 20 minutes with no shuttle I called the hotel and asked how often the shuttle comes. Was told every 30 minutes. 20 minutes later still no shuttle. Called back. Same person answered and said oh, I didn’t realize you were already at the airport. I said that he told me shuttle comes every thirty minutes. He said, yes but you have to call to let us know you’re there. (Nothing in the email I received from the hotel about check-in mentioned this). He said he was sending shuttle. He called me back ten minutes later again wanting to confirm that I was already at the airport. Overall took an hour total. Neither the driver nor the check-in staff who I had just spoken with on the phone apologized for the delay.

Made reservations...checED on shuttle...plane delayed 6 mins and NO TRANSPORTATION TO HOTEL AS ARRANGED BEING DISABLED...took me 2 hours to figure out other arrangements standing outside airport..Front desk person on 2 different shifts were RUDE...EXPEDIA EVEN CONTACTED PROPERTY ON MY BEHALF......to make sure shuttle would be available AND RECEIVED A RUDE DESK PERSON ALSO.....Would not EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF STAFF AT FRONT DESK...maids ,breakfast person were great...PARESH???TOTAL JERK...WAS TOLD IF I DIDNT LIKE THINGS TO LEAVE...

Overall, the room was nice. The furniture needed some cleaning. You can see all of stains. The sheets didn't stay on the bed. They kept coming off throughout the night. The thermostats did not control the Ac unit. Did have the right amount of towels for it to be room for two.

It was in a rough area. The halls stunk like marijuana. Our room was clean but the mini fridge didn’t work. The towels were dirty and had to ask for new ones. The front desk staff was rude. The breakfast was limited but good . There is definitely better places to stay than this place.

No real complaints, the room was nice and the breakfast was great. Had some trouble getting room coffee refilled daily with regular, not decaf. The lady didn't speak English so that is probably why, she just didn't understand. Just went and asked the desk and they were helpful. The morning front desk clerk was real friendly and acted like he was happy we were staying with them. I would definitely stay here again.
