Great staff could use upgrades
Staff very friendly. Rooms give an apartment more than a hotel feel. Somewhat isolated feeling. Breakfast was ok but nothing fancy. Place is older and i did find a dead bug in my room which i guess could happen qith older locations. It juet didnt offer the level of comfort that I would want but the front desk manager was very kind as well as all staff.

The front desk staff was perfect, very attentive and helpful when asked for directions. The property needs more work on the grounds as it was full of debris from the trees. The room however was spacious and very clean.

the staff was really nice. every interaction with the 2 woman i met during night and morning shift at the front desk was very pleasant. that was the only highlight of our stay. the room was consistently 81 degrees even with the thermostat set on 52 degrees. the shower was clogged . i did not wash my hair but someone definitely had before us . the shower was on long enough for me to undress and i stepped into a pool of water that rapidly would rise. my stay was only for 1 night and we were barely in the room so it swas very unsatisfactory but not life ending to where i needed to complain. i don’t believe all aA at

I actually like this hotel it’s very clean the highways nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean and spacious. The step is very nice and there’s a lot of dining nearby. That is staying here again.

Good clean room. Since it is a studio I wish there was a common garbage disposal place in each floor. I do not like to leave kitchen garbage in the room at night. The coffee machine jar lid was brocken and the iron needed to be replaced.Other than that all was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that it was a bit dirty around the outer door area upon arrival. However, both rooms a bathrooms were very clean. It would be nice if the second bathroom had a bigger shower. The staff was excellent and very kind and attentive.
