Went in for a wedding. While trying to get ready the fire alarm in the whole hotel went off continuously for 25 minutes had to leave the room and do make-up in the car, also the bathroom had a horribly sewage smell would have changed rooms if time would have allowed and the situation with the fire alarm hadn't been going on 10 minutes after getting into the room. Had to stop on the way back after the wedding to purchase air freshner spray and solids to put in the room to sleep in there. Left early in the morning. There was also black mold around the shower. When i checked my credit card statement there was an extra charge of $11.50 that i did not put on there at the hotel. I booked ahead of time with a third party and payed in full. They even told me at checking out i couldn't get a receipt because of it.. Over-all not a good hotel experience at all..🤔

The hotel is terrific except the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from the occupied rooms next to you. The staff were great and friendly, breakfast was good, and the location and easy access is all wonderful. If you can sleep through other people talking, watching TV, etc. this is a great place.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, it was about me trying to get my date changed, the rep with Expedia I spoke with tried to charge me $200 to change date, and for a cancellation. I never checked in or stayed in the room because some how the system had selected the 11/4/2024 and 11/5/2024 which were the dates I did not want or select and the Expedia rep said it was my fault. I can't control how your system processes thing. And I requested a refund but he wouldn't allow that either. I WILL NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. REPORTING TO THE FTC ALSO AS SO THE BBB. THIS IS RIDIDULIOUS. I LOST $100. DUE THE SYSTEMS FAILURE AND THE EXPEDIA REP WOULDN'T CORRECT IT FOR ME

The staff was very professional and very helpful. The property needs a deep clean and badly needs updating. Too much noise coming from room above and room next-door. Breakfast buffet was minimal in the food was cold. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Was hoping to find a place to visit my grandson who is working there in Frisco. But will look elsewhere until and unless changes are made.
