My stay was a great experience. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. My cousin and I stayed here for the football game during Veterans Day weekend. The hotel is in a convenient location for any events at AT&T stadium, malls, restaurants etc. I definitely would book this hotel again for my next trip to Dallas!

It was average for the rate per night. It wasn’t bad but they didn’t clean our room one of the days even though we followed instructions on what to do if you’d like to have your room cleaned.

First night could not get into my after checking in. Door keys not working had to go down three times until the person that check me in came up with me he try his master key din't work either. Also they told me that they was sold out. Finally the gave a different room but it was with two double beds. Not what i pay for it was supposed to be a king bad.

My stay here was good. The staff was very friendly. They do have breakfast in the mornings. They have a few choices. The biscuits and gravy are good. The only thing that wasn't the best was that the indoor pool has no heater and the water is really cold. This hotel is child friendly.

Lights didn't work. The seating was dirty. There were never any towels available upon request. Breakfast was empty 15 mins after it started all days of my stay. Staff rude and not willing to help.
