The property was very aged. You could tell that it had been somewhat remodeled in the past, but a while ago. We checked in and the first room had bugs. The front desk staff was extremely apologetic and moved us. That room was bugs free. They even followed up and obtained details for an exterminator. The hotel has 6 floors and only one of the two elevators were working for the 3 nights that we stayed, and there were times of waiting, especially since there were no service elevator for cleaning staff. All of the staff were very polite, although most of the cleaning staff encountered could not speak English. All and all, it wasn’t a bad stay, just average.

Nice hotel
Our room was very nice. Only issues were door key not working so they had to be re-keyed. The door throw was missing a piece that gave the door some play. Breakfast was good not great. Great location to convention center. Didn't use the pool but looked clean. Overall it was nice.

The room was perfect for me as I was traveling alone. It had a small fridge and a microwave, but I didn't really need either. The free breakfast was nice. I didn't have a car for a couple days but was able to walk (through a field) to the restaurants near the Toyota Music Factory.
