The property is old and tired. Dirty carpet, old tiles around bathtub, blobbed on caulk to hide the old you could see under caulking, cracked tiles from putting on Han Ndrails, internet never connected, tv that only plays network, no apps and pillows that are so soft, they are useless. Let’s not forget the “free breakfast” that charges $3.00 for a pastry. Overall, the feel is old and tired, staff was completely uninterested in helping. Either, step up or say goodbye to the industry.your prices are just as high as everyone else with better inns to stay in.

Location was perfect for us to walk to our event. Staff was extremely unfriendly. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. WiFi would not work. Would stay again because of convenience, but definitely not something to look forward to.

My first issue was hotels.com says a credit card on file for incidentals but yet the hotel has a 50 deposit. There’s a difference between a deposit and a card on file. The man argues me down and tells me there’s a deposit and I overlooked it. If that’s the case then it needs to say there’s a 50 deposit on hotels.com before booking instead of surprising customers when they get there. Then I get in the room and it’s decent but where’s the heat? I turned the heat on last night and it hasn’t moved. A long piece of hair was on my pillow! Like was my room even cleaned? I’m up early to check out because it’s cold and I was ready to leave last night!
