Staff was very nice and friendly. Went for a staycation and the location was very convenient to all restaurants. As well as the American Airlines Center.

Not very handicap friendly in the parking department but the front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The room was large and comfortable. Small gym but usable. Could use more ice machines.

As soon as we walk in we are greeted by a sign on the counter that read “Absolutely NO early check ins” which I feel was very uninviting. The opposite of what a hotel is supposed to do. Being that it was just a few minutes past 2PM, we were forced to check our bags. We had to go out for a walk because the couches had people sleeping on them. Assuming they too got there too early to check in. It felt like a halfway house and not a Hyatt house. When we returned one of the associates drops my computer bag bursting a beverage I had in it. The liquid gets all over my bad and my IPad. They were not apologetic at all. My IPad is now damaged and needs to be replaced. The room was fine except for the windows which were paper thin. Every noice came thru.

Great stay
Our stay was very comfortable for our little family of 5. The breakfast was amazing and so was the coffee! If we ever comeback to downtown Dallas we definitely stay again!

A great hotel! Easy check in and very close walk to the American Airlines Center. They have a very good free breakfast in the mornings and the price is extremely reasonable for a nice hotel with great rooms.

Great Stay
It was a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the free breakfast and cold water in the lobby. The parking garage was convenient. It is the perfect location for walking to a hockey game.

The property is overall nice, and is just a short walk from American Airlines Center if you're in town for a game. It is a few minutes drive from the art museum and Reunion Tower. The gym could use some maintenance of its equipment but a good simple set up.
