What I didn’t like about the property is that I found 3 small live roaches on the bathroom floor. Also, the shower was not draining properly and began to stop up the drain.

First room didn't have a working toilet, tv and a boot print on ceiling. Moved to another room that was better. Parking was a nightmare as purchased pass but it wouldn't work. Two of the four elevators were down the whole weekend.

Bed bugs. Lots of bites all over my arms, chest and neck. Unfortunately, the bites showed up on the morning I flew home. I've been washing everything I brought home, my suitcases are outside and I hope there is not a potential infestation. I've order traps for my home to make sure.

The hotel overall was good. The rooms were clean. The lobby was clean. The employees were nice. But seems as if they were short staffed a lot at night. And the no icemaker on the floor was a bit of an inconvenience. So apparently there’s no icemaker on any floors and you have to go downstairs to get ice, but because they were short staffed, you would have to wait to get ice from the staff member. Also, the refrigerator in the room didn’t work. It would only stay cold for two hours because there was some sort of two hour timer on the refrigerator. So food I had bought I ended up having to throw it away Because the refrigerator didn’t stay cold for no longer than two hours. Those were my only two inconveniences the refrigerator and no icemaker but overall the rooms were clean and the staff members were nice did the best that they could. The location of the hotel was awesome. I was only about 15 to 20 minutes away from everywhere that I needed to go so because of the location and the cleanliness of the hotel I would likely stay again.
