The Space:
This is a quintessential ski in, ski out condo on the flank of warming house hill at Crested Butte Mountain resort. Enjoy an updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath second story unit complete with wood burning fire place, remodeled kitchen, and shared outdoor hot tub. The spacious kitchen has new appliances, a large granite counter top and all you need to prepare meals away from home.
The primary bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining full bathroom, complete with a bathtub. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a another full bath with a shower across the hall from the twin room. The couch in the living room is a new queen sleeper. A large smart TV is enabled with Spectrum internet and channels for your viewing pleasure after a fun day in the mountains. The wood burning fireplace will provide comfort and ambiance after cold days out on the slopes. You'll find a neatly stacked wood pile right outside the front door.
The condo complex has a lovely outdoor area with a hot tub overlooking the surrounding peaks. This tends to stay open summer through Sept and then for the ski season.
There is a coin operated laundry facility on site. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the lot adjacent to the condo. Stairs are required to enter this condo.
NO TRAILERS OR RV's ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

Parking at the Columbine Condominiums is subject to the following rules: Parking at the Columbine is for those occupying a condominium unit or an owner of a unit. All authorized vehicles must display a Columbine parking permit which is issued by the Columbine Managing Agent. Permits mush be appropriately displayed for easy viewing from the outside of the vehicle. Usual display of the permit is attached to the inside rear view mirror. No more than 2 motor vehicles (cars, trucks, and vans only) shall be allowed to be parked on the property for each condominium unit.
No motorized vehicle shall remain parked at the Columbine unless the same is in good working order and used for actual transportation. No recreational equipment, trailer, or oversized vehicle such as motor homes shall be parked, stored, or maintained on the property by any owner, guest or renter. Temporary parking, not to exceed four days, of such equipment or vehicle must be approved by Management and be properly permitted.
Violation of any of these rules may subject the offending vehicle to be towed.
