Sandmans are usually hit or miss with the boys being okay. This is the best service I've ever received at a sandman and they are so accommodating and good at customer service

I had to bring my cat and dog on this trip and I found the individual Cat & Dog treat bags a very nice touch. Especially as the next day we stayed at a 5-star hotel and there was nothing like that. The room was quiet, clean and well organized. The Sandman Hotel Cranbrook will be where I stay when I am next in that area : )
