With 3,400-plus square feet of decorator-inspired living space, this gorgeous home is one of the largest 4-bedroom homes in this resort-style community. This lakeside gem features plenty of extras, including 120 feet of Lake Colby frontage, four covered patios facing the lake, and an adjacent dock perfect for fishing.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Both floors have large living areas, and all rooms but one overlook Lake Colby. Relax in the beachy living area on the first floor, where bright, turquoise upholstery and royal blue furnishings feel beachy amid driftwood-colored paneling and flooring. Dine at the large table, which seats eight, after preparing a meal in the gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen featuring all Jenn-Air stainless steel appliances. Enjoy quick bites seated at the kitchen island. The second-floor family room features a cozy seating area facing a 70-inch flat-screen. A bar-height table serves as another gathering spot or a gaming table.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Seaside Escape has an incredible three primary bedrooms with primary baths, two of which have private, lakefront patios. A handsome, first-floor king-size bedroom has a primary bath with a glassed-in, walk-in shower and soaking tub for spa-like luxury! A second-floor primary king bedroom features beachy blue-painted trim and gorgeous, glass art display, while a queen primary bedroom features primitive furnishings and luxury linens. A fun barn door opens to a huge bunkroom that easily sleeps 10 with four built-in bunks (8 twins) and a queen bed, plus its own private bathroom. Watch the game or a movie on flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms.

GREAT FEATURES: The porch space and lakefront views make this house an undeniable star at Cinnamon Shore. Designer lighting, like shell-encrusted chandelier, contribute to the coastal feel. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Seaside Escape is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Seaside Escape the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
