Front desk assistant very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Pool and hot tub was cleaned and well kept. Room was nice and clean. Big room!! We had 2 queens and a couch. Restroom fully stocked. Body wash, Shampoo, conditioner provided. Plenty of towels. Will recommend and will definitely stay again.

Paying 50$$$ for a pet and there is no garbage cans to toss dogs waste in nor bags. Walked my dog in the grassy area out side of the dog run and her and I both were covered with sticker.But I will say the dog run I didn’t have issues with stickers just that there was a lot of dry mowed grass and trash and poop in the runs. I will say tho for the cost to stay in their rooms is great for what they charge.

We stay here every year for our vacations. Usually the place is extremely well kept and the staff is always amazing. This last trip it felt like the quality of the place fell of a step or two. Staff is still great. Location to Port Aransas and Corpus is perfect. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back next year.

It was not a great place to stay with Teen girls, people were smoking stuff outside the rooms and were very scary. Guys were saying horrible degrading things to us. We did not feel safe and made our vacation very uncomfortable.

I liked the dog park, but there were way too many stickers on the ground. The interior of our room was pretty gross. It was "clean" but the walls and bathtub were rusty. The tile floor makes sense for a tropical destination, however that, along with the extremely cool-toned lighting choices, the room made me feel sick. It wasn't cozy at all. Also, the breakfast was a less than expected. Waffles, cereal, toast, muffins, pastries, bagels, potatoes...basically ALL carbs and sugar, with the exception of the powdered egg mixture, which only God knows what's in that. Not our best experience.

Overall pleasant experience, the staff was very nice. Breakfast was decent. Easy access. Only complaint would be the walls are kinda thin or our neighbors were very loud in the room next door and on the balcony/porch.

All in all not bad...
The place was clean and quiet. Only issues: 1. The hot tub outside could have been hotter. 2. Water pressure was very low. Took about a half hour to fill the bathtub. 3. The bed was uncomfortable. The box spring under the mattress was not there. The bed had an old fashioned spring and wire frame under the mattress.
