The Space:
Savor your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in morning sunrise. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an awesome kitchen with all white appliances. The kitchen opens up to the living room were you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the sleeper sofa watching the 55" smart flat screen tv.

The master bedroom offers a plush king bed, a 40" smart flat screen tv, private bath and a private balcony to enjoy the evening breezes. The guest room offers a plush queen bed, 40" smart flat screen tv and also a private balcony. The guest room shares the hall bathroom. This home sleeps up to 6 guest.

Sit by the pool and soak up the afternoon sun after a fun filled day at the beach. Enjoy the local shops, restaurants and all that Port Aransas has to offer.

Two parking spaces available with limited additional guest parking, boat parking allowed. This condo is on the second floor, there is not elevator access for this unit.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY:
• All linens such as sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforters/duvet covers (flat sheets, pillow and pillow cases are also provided for sleeper sofas).
• Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats (we provide 1 bath towel per guest with an additional 2). A starter kit of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap are included.
• Every home has a fully equipped kitchen. You will have all the basics including cookware, utensils, table settings and common appliances like stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and keurig.
• A starter setup of two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent pods, dish soap and sponge (we suggest you bring additional of these items).

Great for families
Centrally located, close to the beach, clean, and pet friendly. This was our first time at this property and we had a great time. Property is well kept and clean. The property management team is courteous and prompt to respond. Great communication through out the booking, stay, and departure. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

Great Condo for Family Stay
Stayed in this condo with four adults and 2 dogs- exceptionally easy to book and check in, everything very clean and well stocked with everything you would want (kitchen utilities, linens, etc). Convenient areas to take dogs out, short drive to beach. Would decibel stay here again.

Nice getaway trip
We booked this extended weekend about two weeks before we checked in. The unit was just as advertised. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Thankful we were on the second floor. Main floor guests complained about foot traffic on the second floor. The unit was conveniently located to downtown Port A and a couple blocks from beach access. would recommend this property.

The Clean Condo
What a fantastic property! We were a short walk away from the beach, and also right next to Kody's (our favorite restaurant in Port A), so the location was extremely convenient and easy to find. The condo itself was adorably decorated, super-clean, and has everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Communication with property management was simple and timely as well. Thank you all so much for a perfect stay! We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this place to anyone hoping for a relaxing beach get-away.

From the pictures, it was spot on. Clean, well kept. In a great location too. Would just add that if you plan on cooking, bring your spices, mixing bowls and extra paper towels. There is none of that. If you like coffee, bring coffee pods. If you want to do laundry, bring detergent. Great place, would book again!!!!!

Great Little Place
We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean. The only problem was our door code didn’t work when we arrived so it took about 30 minutes to get in contact with the manager and we were stuck waiting outside. Also, I would have liked for the kitchen to be stocked with a few more cooking supplies. The washing machine makes a horribly loud sound during washing. But overall, it was a nice stay.
