The open concept floor plan allows a great flow for guest to enjoy the kitchen, dining and living areas. Entertain in style. Sink into the lavish living room sleeper sofa and unwind with a family movie on the large 55” smart flat-screen television.

The master bedroom features a plush king bed, 40” smart TV with a private en-suite and a private patio. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed, 40” smart TV and a private patio. The guest bedroom shares the hall bathroom.

After a fun day in Port A, drop your beach gear and soak up some sun at the pool. Enjoy all the local restaurants, shops and everything that Port A has to offer.

• All linens such as sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforters/duvet covers (flat sheets, pillow and pillow cases are also provided for sleeper sofas).
• Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats (we provide 1 bath towel per guest with an additional 2). A starter kit of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap are included.

Port Aransas stay
This is our second time we have stayed at this condo but in a different unit. Was a great place to stay for our 2 night stay. Didn’t realize it was March break when we booked so it was a little noisy as the floor above had heavy feet and voices. But other wise it was convenient and worked for us.

Great spot for a weekend in Port A
We had a great time at this place. Kids enjoyed the pool and the location. We missed an outdoor shower/faucet to avoid entering the property full of sand. Everything else was perfect!

Pool was very small. Pictures made it look big. Really! Needed cleaning. (The pool) Didn’t realize it was an apartment. Probably my error. Stayed on first floor..upstairs neighbors were very heavy footed!! Bought a baking sheet and left it there. Back door would not lock. Had A/C issues but were taken care of promptly. Really need hooks to hang towels.

Pictures are accurate and place is very clean. Close walk or drive to the beach. Management was very responsive. Only issue, which nothing could be done about is you can hear every step, movement and noise from the condo above us.

The location was very good 5 minutes to get to the beach, food places, dollar general, IGA, Salty Dogs was fun (Karaoke). AC worked great, beds where comfy. Great for what we where looking for.

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay! Only a couple minor complaints, no tub stopper, needed more wash rags, nothing major. Place was VERY quiet until Friday when someone had checked in upstairs above us, and sounded like they were having a UFC match upstairs (I blame this on rudeness of visitors, not the rental itself). Overall I enjoyed and would definitely consider staying there again!

Located very close to everything you need for a great beach vacation...beaches, shopping, groceries, etc. The 2 bedrooms are surprisingly large. They don't have a full size dresser, but it leaves plenty of room for suitcases. The kitchen is furnished for the most part; we couldn't find a baking sheet so you will need to bring a baking sheet if you want to bake salmon/fish. The Keurig coffee machine was a real convenience and treat. The pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach and we took advantage of the charcoal grills for a steak dinner. The management was very responsive to my email when we asked about the wifi connectivity. The only issue we had was the dryer wouldn't produce heat on any setting so we had to 'tumble' them for a cycle and then let clothes and towels air dry.
