Located in the midst of charming Cinnamon Shore, one deck offers views of waves rolling in beyond the distant dunes, while a rear deck overlooks over a scenic community pond surrounded by lush coastal grasses.

All-white interiors provide a clean backdrop for weathered, driftwood finishes on furnishings, modern paintings, whimsical coastal art, and gorgeous tilework in the kitchen and baths. Plush sofas and luxurious, linens make living spaces and bedrooms feel special.
Top-of-the-line selections dress each of the bedrooms – 3 primary rooms, all with king beds, and 2 bunk rooms that each sleep 4. Kids and teens will love the ship-shape, built-in bunks, which have nautical flair. Others can choose whether to stay in the 2nd-floor primary, with its attached bath featuring a separate shower and tub, or in one of the two downstairs primary, each with bathrooms featuring walk-in showers.

Sea Biscuit is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sea Biscuit the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
