This stunning, three-story, 5-bedroom home has details that combine to create a masterful take on beach house-living. Along with the broad stairway, an elevator offers easy access from the main living areas downstairs to the gorgeous upstairs living spaces.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enter through the charming front porch into a living room lined with all-white shiplap. Handsome hardwood flooring and comfy couches create a cozy space, accented by stylish open shelving and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A large dining table combines chairs and bench seating to accommodate a crowd. Beyond the dining area, the kitchen offers glass-front shelving and appliances with brushed nickel finishes for a state-of-the-art workspace. Upstairs, another living room offers more gathering space, along with beverage center so you won’t have to head downstairs to the main kitchen for a midnight snack or to entertain.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Behind the main living area on the first level, you’ll find a gorgeous primary suite with a king bed and a luxury bathroom that includes spacious walk-in shower. This handsome retreat opens to a rear side porch. On the second floor, two bedrooms with designer details offer one king bed and one queen bed, and each opens onto the upper, covered porch. Each room has its own bathroom, while one of the baths also opens to the 2nd-floor living area. On the third floor, painted shiplap dresses a spacious guest room with vaulted ceilings and two queen beds. It has its own sitting area and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and it opens to a 3rd-floor porch. Pass through a gorgeous, shared bathroom to the darling, nautical-theme bunk room, with two sturdy, built-in bunks that sleep 4.

GREAT FEATURES: Off the rear entry, a mudroom provides a convenient place to hang beach bags and towels. Tucked into its own space, the washer-and-dryer serves lower levels guests, while a stackable washer/dryer unit on level two works for others. Throughout the home, designer wallpaper, tile, painted shiplap, and lighting selections speak to the high-end quality and comfort you’re looking for in a vacation home. And, of course, the murmuring Gulf of Mexico is just steps away!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Shore Perfection is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Shore Perfection the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

We stayed in this house for a bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The community has everything you could need. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated all the girls. 5 stars!

Cinnamon Shores vs Seaside, FL
We have visited Seaside, FL for the past 30 plus years. My grown children, are well traveled, but had never visited our home state of Texas, coast.... so we went for a long Easter Weekend. I must say the shorter drive, was delightful....the design and layout of Cinnamon Shores is lovely, but much smaller than Seaside, which we all embraced.... the golf cart rental, on property , was met with great ease by a caring staff that took pride in their jobs. The homes of Cinnamon Shores, are reflective of those in Seaside. The quality and attention to detail in the home we stayed in was superior. We are currently looking at a return date to Cinnamon Shores in 2021, as we also approach our annual trip to Seaside.
