As advertised but very neglected outside
The inside of the home was very nice. Not spotless, but satisfactory for a pet friendly rental. It took several days to get tvs working, some didnt work for the duration of the stay. It also took a couple days to get the second floor of the house to cool down.. the thermostat was stuck upon arrival. There are several deck areas that are all taken over my spider webs. I mentioned this to management and no one came to clean the outside. I was looking forward to hanging out on the deck in the nice cool breeze but didnt feel comfortable with spiders literally everywhere possibly biting my elderly relatives, small child, and small dog. The pool area was also completely covered with cob webs. I had to spend a couple hours cleaning that area so we could enjoy it a little bit after paying for the whole week. The outside shower area is overgrown by the bushes and similarly overrun with spiders. The hot tub area was just as filthy and neglected. There was an infestation of wasps underneath one of the roofs. A local pest control guy did come and take care of most of the wasps, but there were still some lingering around for the duration of our stay. I requested a partial refund for the various shortcomings on the outside of the property and never heard back from Village realty. I like this area a lot but ill look for another property not managed by them. They clearly DO NOT care about your experience outside. Community amentities were also CLOSED.
