Head inside to spread out on the living room sofa to watch a good DVD movie or a show on the TV. You'll love preparing your favorite meals in the full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and dishwasher, ample counter space, and a center prep island. Serve your dinner guests at the glass-top dining table with seating for four. You'll also find a table and chairs on the top deck and a bar area by the private hot tub. Use the private gas grill to host a fun hot-weather barbecue. Don't worry about stains - the in-suite washer/dryer will ensure everyone's clothes are sparkling clean during your stay. Challenge someone to a game on the shared tennis or basketball courts then come home to enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool. Disappointed
Lot's of work needs to be done - Deck is in serious need of repair, I would not go out with bare feet! Windows throughout were very dirty, we made a list of all the things that need worked on and it was a long one. Hot tub only half works BTW. I'm a contractor myself in Maryland and would be glad to help in restoring this unit back in shape, if owner is interested in selling I would consider buying to fix it up if you would like to let go of this property!

Dirty , infested and falling apart.
The property was not cleaned properly. They were roaches in the house.. There was so many broken things in the house. It did not have simple utensils, such as a can opener.
