I had an excellent stay at this hotel! Its prime location, it’s about 15-20 minutes walking to the historic center. The surrounding area is also filled with a variety of shops and restaurants, adding to its convenience. The bedroom was impressive, boasting a comfortable bed, a well-appointed washroom, and impeccable cleanliness. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Cordoba and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

While the bedrooms are nice and comfortable and it is just beside the city's shopping district, the staff is not up to the standards: super slow check in, not a single smile during the process, same with check out. You don't feel welcome but rather an annoyance to them. But the worst is the night staff: Maria and Rafael (I believe that's their names) they kept staring at us and passing comments while waiting for the rest of our group in the reception after telling them we were guests. They made us so uncomfortable that we just left reception. When next night we told them about the situation they denied everything without even looking at my eyes. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone until staff is properly trained and up to standards with every other hotel of it's category. Really disappointed.

Amazing value for a huge, beautiful room and bathroom. Free sparkling wine with the Expedia VIP Gold membership was a lovely extra. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. I didn’t use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi as it was cold when I visited at the end of October but it looked amazing for when the weather is good.

Excellent Hotel with Friendly Staff
From the minute we stepped into the hotel our experience was amazing. The reception staff were so helpful and informative, the parking was easy and the room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The hotel is so close to the old town that we were able to walk there to explore. I couldn't find any fault with this hotel and I most definitely recommend it to my family and friends

It's nice enough, for a big, institutional hotel, but I would have selected somewhere nearer to historic centre had I known Córdoba better. That said, it's very handy to the train station Unfortunately, the WiFi was terrible. And the water in the shower (both in the room and at the pool on the roof) shifted constantly from very cold to far-too-hot.

I stayed with my family for a friend's wedding, and the check-in and check-out experience was fast and smooth. The hotel is well-maintained, and I would say it offers a very reasonable price compared to what is provided. One of the highlights for us was the room service, which was a convenient bonus. Additionally, the hotel is very well-located, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that the parking fee felt a bit steep compared to other hotels we've stayed at. However, it’s still an excellent option when visiting Córdoba, and we would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
